Installing slackware 7.1 on a udma 66 HD,

it's an extra controller on a soyo 6ba+4 I was told that it'd have built in support for that controller.... any one have any suggestion's beside's Read the manual...

Just do it. Theoretically, it'll all auto-detect and be happy.

nope, tried it didn't see anything.... that i can tell... i've got a 20gb hd, but i partitioned it with partition magic, have the swap and a linux partition all setup.... but slackware install won't see it at all...
