INSTALLING RETAIL ATHLON64 3500+ CPU

Hello,
Got my MoBo and my 3500+ retail package, but haven't been able to figure out how much, and how to apply IF NEEDED thermal grease between the CPU and the retail Heatsink. Please help me with this, can't wait to get my rig up and running.

BTW already got Artic 5 thermal grease, really don't know if its good or not . . .

Dont even try to start doing that if you dont have ANY idea how much AS and how to do...read the instructions !!!
