Installing Radeon on A7V133

I know to install Via 4 in 1 first..then Direct x...the Radeon drivers...(reboot each time)
Then after installing Radeon drivers to I just reinstall the Via4 in 1 or uninstall Via 4 in 1 then reinstall???

I have heard the Radeon drivers will overwrite a file or 2 of the Via 4in1
