Installing new video drivers.

Is there a program that can delete my old ATI drivers and give me a clean install on my video drivers?

Ta-Da!

They recommend that process, but they also mention a program called "Driver Cleaner", too. I have it, I just have no idea where I got it, or where it is on my HDD...

It also cleans Soundblaster and nVidia drivers, too, if need be.
