INstalling new SSD as Primary Boot device in old system

So I'm apparently the last person to get an SSD but my Dad gave me his old one and I want to put my OS and games on there. I'm running win10 on my system and was curious how I should incorporate this bad boy into my system? Should I just clone the HDD I have onto the SSD? Do a clean install of win10 on the SSD and leave the primary HDD (150GB Raptor drive) as the backup (I already have a 1TB for general storage)? I've never done anything but whole system builds really and this is new territory for me. Thanks in advance!

Well, you can clone it over from HD to SSD, just use a SSD aware program, so it can get the alignment right.
If you don't want to mess with that, just clean install.
Then use the HD as a games drive or whatever else, since the raptor is still a nice drive.
