Installing new HD's in WinXP.....

So how does one install, ie: create partitions and format a new HD when XP is the OS? Is there any way without booting a win98 boot disk and running fdisk? Seems like there should be.

Go to Computer Management in Administrative Tools, and then use the Disk Management snap-in.
