Install windows first, then install linux, and it will install its own bootloader(lilo) and windows will show up as an option...Thats how my comps setup right now.
ICSVortex's idea may not work with some Linux distros but its the easiest way to do it or you can create a boot floppy and don't install the boot loader, just put in the boot floppy to boot to Linux or else your box will boot to Winblows
