Installing Language Packs

Hey guys, I need some help installing the Japanese Language pack for windows XP. I have the windows XP cd with me, but the problem is that my laptop's cd-rom drive has been acting up and refuses to read any cd's atm. Since my desktop is back in the States, I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions on how to install language packs with a busted cd rom drive.

I can't believe I forgot to copy over i386 when I installed reformated before I came here

I usually download them from MSDN, and just mount the .iso image on a virtual drive, or open with Winrar.

Best bet is to just have someone share their CD Rom drive on the network, or pick up a USB one, they can be had pretty cheap, I think.
