Installing KHX3200ULK2/1G problems

Hi, I just installed this ram and now it wont boot. I have tried clearing the cmos as the manual says it should be cleared. When i boot the HD light is on but the power led does not come on. Any suggestions?

Oh btw here is the system info:
ASUS a8n-sli
Leadtek 6600GT TDH
Athlon 3200+
Zalman 7000ACU
Antec Neopower 480W
36 GB Raptor WD
WD 80GB
WD 160GB

My bios version is 1002 i believe
 
I have the same ram (KHX3200ULK2/1G) and Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and have no problems. Just remember to put the two modules in B1 and A1. If this don't work you could try each of the modules in B1 to determine if one of them might be corrupt.
