Installing directx 9 on Windows 10?

Hello,

I have all my core software installed - Windows is running flawlessly and I've created a system restore point.

Nearly half of my favorite games require DX9c - FEAR, BIOSHOCK, Wolfenstein, etc.

Is there a way to copy the files without threatening any files for Windows 10 DX12? Should I just install DX9c or is there a better option. Compatibility mode is not an option as it is looking for a ton of DX9 dlls.
 
Thanks - that is what I have downloaded. Not sure if there are any issues with having a DX9c install on a Win 10 computer.
