Hey, I just wanted to make sure i am doing this right, so I thought I would ask here.

I've put in ram before and it's pretty easy, nothing difficult not much pressure needed to be applied at all. However, I am not sure if it is because it's DDR or what, but I can't get the ejector tabs around the card, so it seems as if it is not in far enough, but to get it down there I have to apply a good amount of pressure, which just doesn't make me feel that I am doing it correctly. Is their a more proper way of putting this in or am I doing it right by just putting a lot of pressure on it to get it in?

Quite a fair bit of pressure is needed....you have to be firm and get the RAM down. Make sure that you have your DDR DIMMs in the right slots and not the SDR slots.

I got them in the right spot, I just was afraid I was having to apply too much pressure. I can get them down about three quarters of the way...but then I just have to push really hard...but I guess that is correct. Thanks a lot for the reply.
