Installing CGI.pm on win2k adv. server???

Ok, so I downloaded CGI.pm on my server (I want to be able to use ubb forums that I have....)

Anyways, once I've downloaded it and unzipped it, do I install it or what? (I see no place on where you can install it...)

Please help if you could.
