What will happen to my keyless entry when i install a aftermarket deck. Right now my keyless entry goes thru my radio.
And i want to keep my keyless entry.
 
I replaced my head unit in my RSX. It did not affect the keyless entry.

What type of Acura is it? What year?

How is it "programmed" through the radio. I know a lot of cars have their security system tied into the stereos to render the stereos useless if removed from the car, but sounds like you're talkin about something different.
