Installing Case fan

Hey, sorry for a partially noob question but I just got a bunch of panaflo fans to install in my new case which has 4 mountings (2 front 2 back). My problem is that all these spots have screw holes that are larger than the screws for the fans. Does anyone know how I can install my fans? Does it involve plastic clips? and if so, where can I get them? I can't find them in radio shack. Maybe i'm looking in the wrong spot.
 
The screw holes should be larger than the screws. As long as the holes in the case are smaller than the screw head and the screws fit in the holes in the fan, then you will be fine.
