Installing a Teac media card reader

Anyone had experience installing an internal Teac CA-200 media card reader? I got one that has no cable and not sure what to buy to hook it up.

Isn't it USB? Post a photo of the back.

I can't get the photo to attach correctly so it is too blurry. But it is a 9 pin connection on the back rather than a usb.

That is an internal reader. The 9 pins are actually USB, but they are configured to link to a mobo header. That requires a special cable. It is supposed to come with it.
