Installing a printer on multiple machines

I need to install a printer driver on 25 PCs. Now normally I would just share it in AD on our server and add it that way. However, each user needs to have an access code added to their version of the installation.

From what I can tell, you generally can't change settings for each user when you add it from a server. (Unless I need to change permissions?)

So, assuming I can't do that, that means I'm adding it as a local printer (We use TCP/IP to connect it) which can get rather tedious, especially if I'm installing both PS and PCL drivers. Is there a way to expedite this process?

Look for an admin tool, HP's have an installer that you can make with your specific options (including PS and PCL drivers). Enterprise Auto Config is what it was called a few years ago.

This is for a Konica Printer/Copier. The Konica techs I talked to knows what I want to do, but none of then made mention of a tool. Is there a universal one, or would it have to be made by Konica?

What models are these. A client of ours has three Konica/Minolta Copier/Scanner/Printer(s)... They are running a 2000 AD Domain and I was able to share out the printer without a problem. Only thing that requires a access code it the scanning feature...

It's a C350 Copier. The reason we have access codes is so that Administration at my company knows who to charge for usage of the machine. Each Department/person has their own access code, which is also used when they are copying.

Sharing a printer is easy enough. However, I need to then go to each person's machine and add in their access # and password. However, from what I can tell, this information can't be saved, since it's not set on the server.
