Installing a driver in dos with NTFS. HELP

How i this done? I need to install a USB Controller card, but it can only be done in dos. How do i do this since i am on NTFS? Will a win98se boot disk still work?

Need a bit more info. Why would a manufacturer supply a DOS driver for use with NT/2000/XP? Have you checked their website for NT drivers?

There's no way you can see a NTFS partition in DOS without a third party driver or program. NTFSDOS works, but you will have to pay if you want to be able to write to the NTFS partition. The shareware/free version is read-only.
