Installing 2 language versions of Windows XP

A friend of mine just got a new PC and would like to have an english version of XP for him, and a japanese version for his wife installed on it. Is there a way to set it up so that when they boot up the PC they get to choose which language version it would load?

Yes, just install the english version and the japanese one thereafter. Then you can modify the boot.ini file to indicate the language version. It's similar to any other dual booting scenario.

Is there somewhere I can find instructions on how to edit the boot.ini file and what need to be put in there? I'm not that experienced of an user 🙂

Google "boot.ini"

In short, when you open the file (boot.ini) w/ notepad, change whatever you see in quotes ("") to the language version you have. That's it.
