Installed XP PRO 64 now cant get extra drives recognized

I built a PC previously with XP Pro then had a HD failure so I installed XP PRO 64 bit since I am using a Venice chip. I have a PCI 150 sata card installed by Maxtor and they dont have the drivers for a 64 bit OS. I have 2-250 gig hard drives on this MSI Mobo. Is there any other way to get the mobo to recognize the card or another utility that I can use. Ive emailed Maxtor on this to but no response so far. Thanks Note: Ive also tried to install the 32 bit drivers for the card and it wont take.
