Installed Windows on new partition/drive. how do I access programs from other drives

So I decided to install windows 8 onto this other SSD that I had, and not overwrite the previous drive that had too much info on it. How do I access the programs, like Office, and ore importantly, Battlefield 4?

Any help is appreciated.

What do you mean, you can access them like any other program.
The issue you will have is you have to reinstall Office on the new OS, and for B4, just point the Origin installer to the right directory, and it will "install" it again.
