ok, I have 3 harddrives...

1 has Vista, 1 has Windows 7, the other is storage.

When I boot into Vista, it sees all 3 HDDs

When I boot into Windows 7, it does not see the HDD with Vista on it. Any suggestions?

Same here. I can't see my Vista drive when I'm in Win 7, but I don't really need to.
I'm just curious also.

Right click My Computer > Manage. On the left side panel, go to Disk Management. Do the physical drives show up on the list? If they do, assign them Drive Letters/Paths.

If not, OH NOES, WIN7 STOLE UR MEGAByTES!!!!!!1!!111ONEONE
