Installed Windows 7 64bit , can not access windows xp

I have 2x hard drive :
One has windows xp installed and other Windows 7. I can not get the dual boot option at start up. I made sure to install Windows XP PRO 32bit first and then Windows 7 64bit to avoid the boot.ini over write.

How can i fix it so i get dual boot option ?
