Installed Win2k Pro SP3, lost my DSL connection

Got around to installing SP3 this morning but there's trouble. If I didn't multiboot I wouldn't be posting this message (from my Win98SE partition). My Win2k Pro SP2 system was working OK, I guess, although it boots very slow. I figured the slowness is because of all the utilities and programs I load automatically, but there could be more to that. In fact, it seems to boot slower after installing SP3, but I didn't keep statistics on SP2 so I can't prove it. Anyway, the immediate problem is that I can't connect to the Internet. Suggestions?

I didn't have any apps open when I installed SP3, but I didn't turn off Norton AV 2001, which may have been a mistake. I did, fortunately, Ghost my Win2k partition before doing the install, so I can Ghost back and try it again, maybe this time running Enditall2 beforehand, shutting down virtually everything not needed.

Thanks for any help.
