Installed Win2k:"INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE". WTF? *Urgent*

I just installed Win2k Server on my new rig at work. I also installed any other software, rebooted a couple times. And today, when I came to work, I tried to boot the computer, it stops with a blue-screen "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE". WTF? It is a TBird 1100, Gigabyte 7ZX with a UDMA-66 Controller, Maxtor Diamondmax Plus 60 40GB. I also installed the VIA 4-in-1 4.25 drivers. It also sucessfully rebooted after I installed the 4-in-1 drivers.. I really appreciate every help.

Thanx

[Edit]I hook the Harddrive and the CD-Rom both on the ATA33 Controller, still doesn't work[/Edit]

I solved the problem with chkdsk, but then, something in the registry went wrong. So fresh-installed Win2k again.

SP1 did the same to me, couldnt fix it aside from a reinstall. Odd thing is, I have duel boot setup with 98 for some non-win2k supported hardware, and that booted fine, so I don't know how it was an "Inaccessable Boot Device" sounds like bad programming to me.
