Installed TweakUI, changed Mouse focus behavior, now it won't go back to normal

I changed it, but each time I reboot, the focus goes back to following the mouse. Anybody with some registry expertise willing to help out?
 
Hmmm. Sounds like registry hive isn't being unloaded / saved correctly. Do you see any error messages about this in the Event Viewer?
 
OK I figured it out. I was checking out my msconfig to make sure I hadn't done anything bad, and tried re-selecting a checkbox that had no command and only had a location. So for anyone in the future, check your msconfig. If you don't know whether you need it or not (but are sure its not a virus) leave it checked!
