It runs fine obviously, but as starcraft has a fixed resolution, it only takes up a small area on the screen. Even if it's at 640x480, I'd like to be able to stretch the image to fit the monitor.

Any help guys?

The drivers for the graphics hardware and panel may or may not support that kind of scaling. You need to check desktop settings options and try to find the manual or manual PDF for the laptop.

Oh really? The monitor of course supports 640x480, but you're saying that it just may not be able to scale anyways? It's an old Toshiba Tecra 8100 my dad unloaded onto me.

its a hardware setting. pc lcd screens sometimes have options to stretch such images in different ways in their menu options. laptops are more finicky.

The only way is via the video driver in the control panel. Should have a toggle for it, but if there's none then you're out of luck. Don't worry much about it anyways, as the scaling on those old panels are awful.
