Installed new video card, PCI and USB device show up in device manager

I recently installed a GTX 1660 into a Dell XPS 8700. All seem to go just fine. Everything seems to work OK, but I just happened to notice that there are 2 items listed in "Other Devices" in the device manager.



Searching for drivers automatically doesn't find anything. Neither does searching for the hardware IDs (which are the same for both devices. Any ideas?

turing cards have a USB type C connector for future VR headsets that would explain the USB one. did you install the latest nvidia drivers?
