The manual doesn't address this, or I just can't find it.

T-Bred 1700+
Took out the old PSU, hooked up an Antec 430 TruePower. I've double checked, every last thing is hooked up.
Took off the TT Volcano 11+, cleaned the chip, and attached an SLK-800 with a TT smart fan II- not the same one from the Volcano 11. I used ASIII. Fan works fine (full throttle).
Took out one stick of 256mb PC2100, leaving one stick of 512mb PC2700. Could this be the problem? Now the ram is faster.
In the bios, everything is set to Auto.
Temps never reach 40C, but when I go into windows, it won't last 1 minute before a two tone loud alarm goes off and the PC shuts down.
It will start right back up again, and the temps are still below 40C in the bios. I don't have any alarms set that I know of. I can stay in the bios for a while and it won't happen, but as soon as I go to windows it shuts down again and the alarm goes off.
One other question. the SLK is attached with the screwdriver clip on the right side, same as any other HS? I mean nearest side to the drives.
