Installed new hard drive

I installed a new raptor 10,000 rpm hard drive and I connected both serial ata cables and now my computer will only boot for a split second every few minutes. I tried putting jumpers in the far right but still no luck.

I just put my old hard drive in and it booted up right away.

I got it working. I had to plug the data cable into another slot.
