Last night I tried to install Nero 5.x and it didn't work too well, So I decided to uninstall it. In the process, It completely wiped away my cde drives ( I have a Creative DVD Drive and an Acer 20x Burner.) When I reboot the computer, it takes a alot longer to load up than before and now my cd drives are gone. I went into the device manager and uninstalled the drives and went into add new hardware to add them again and it gives me an "Error 19" whatever that is and can't add the drives. It recognizes the drives but says that there is a probelm in the registry?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

It's a known registry problem which I experienced about 3 months ago. The Microsoft Knowledgebase has a fix, but I can't remember the URL. It mentions an older installation of Easy CD Creator as the possible problem. Even if you didn't have Easy CD Creator installed, the fix supposedly works for Nero. Just do a search on "missing CDROM drives" (or something similar) and you should find the article with the solution.
