Installed MSN Messenger now Outlook Express takes forever to load.

I have disabeled about as much as I can withing MSN Messenger. All the intigration I could yet still Outlook takes forever to load, whether MSN Messenger is open or not.

Any ideas of how to fix this?

You mention Outlook here by OE in the title, so I don't know if this will apply to both. I've seen this issue in Outlook, to resolve it go into options and disable the instant messaging integration. I remember a work machine had this configuration and Outlook took forever to start, read messages. On each message Outlook was hitting Messenger (I think to see if the user was online), and that made just scrolling thru the messages very very slow.
