Installed FreeBSD 8.2 on a 8GB CF card

It will be the boot drive for my file server. Any caveats I should be aware of (eg, maybe moving certain directories over to the storage drives)?

id probably move /var/log if i were you, so it doesnt fill up or cause a large amount of writing to the card regularly

but if its just a small personal project and wont be too busy that might not even be an issue

What's the best way to do that? Is it just copy over everything to the storage drive, delete original directory, and then make a symlink?
