That's it! Winamp quit working. I can load Winamp but when I try to load some music WHAM, it says Winamp has generated errors and shuts Winamp down :(

Anyone have similar experience?? I haven't tried removing the new registry keys that eac uses yet.

Yeah, I'm everywhere 'cept setting here listening to Santana:|

PliotronX, are you using pb9 and winamp 2.7? Are you having any trouble connecting to cddb when ripping, or when winamp loads?

Dang, Andre said that the pb9 was to address issues which pb8 introduced, not make more..

No, I'm not having any similar problems whatsoever with pb9. It rips fine, connects to the CDDB, etc.. but I am having this annoying problem with getting my command line options for LAME codec to run :(

And yes Winamp 2.72 is running fine. Maybe EAC made a change to the CDROM or sound card?

I'm having no trouble ripping. Well, 'cept for the CDDB thing, which is enough to stop me. I refuse to rip and not include all the info!!! Also, apparently the lame dll is working fine for me :)

I hate to be a pain, but where would I check to see if CDROM or sound card changes were made?

Also, I could only find one location in the registry where there are pb9 keys. So maybe if I delete those .....

I sat down here to do my taxes and thought they would be my biggest problem today :|

Ever wrote to Andre and got a response?
