Installed Case Fans Not Working?

I bought some case fans from a member here, and he supplied Molex connectors (So I could use my power supply to power them).

Now, I just booted on the computer since I put it together (No OS or anything. I'm waiting on my drive to come), and the fan does NOT kick on. I tried both of the fans he sent me, and neither kick on.

Could this be because on the molex connector, it has an extra 4 pin connector on it that MUST be connected to something to complete the loop?

Make sure the connectors are wired up right the red fan wire goes to the yellow 12volt line and the black wire goes to either one of the middle black wires in the connector and only one side of the connector needs plugged into the power supply.
