Installed additional stick of memory (same model/speed) now windows freezes at load.

System specs:
Core2 Duo E6300
gigabyte 965G-DS3 mobo
ATI X1950
4gb Kingston KVR800D2 Ram (two 2gb sticks)

I originally had 1 2gb stick in the system. When I throw in the other memory stick it freezes right at the window 7 load (right when the balls show up to start spinning.) Then it auto restarts. On auto restart there is an option to try and recover. It loads some files then goes to a blue screen every time.

I have run both sticks individually and they work, but together the above error happens every time. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Never had this problem before.

Thanks!

Bad 2nd slot maybe? You can also try running slightly slower timings or/and slightly higher voltage.
