Too often, after the actual installation of a program, when attempting to open the program, I get an error dialog such as this:

AppName: rootkitrevealer.exe AppVer: 1.70.0.0 ModName: rootkitrevealer.exe
ModVer: 1.70.0.0 Offset: 00004ffd

This provides a link to a much larger error dialog, which I won't bother to paste. All that I want to know, is whether this indicates a problem with the program itself, or with my system or the installation?
