Install XP Pro with Xp Pro Upgrade Key?

I'm wondering if its possible to use an XP Pro Upgrade key on a SP1 or SP2 XP Pro CD?

The only difference between an "upgrade" and "full" XP Pro cd is that the upgrade requires that you prove you have a previous MS OS such as Windows 98 when you install it. Other than that, they're identical and the key will work for SP1 and SP2.

This would be a fresh install. So could I use the Pro Upgrade CD for a fresh install?

Yes. Just have a previous Windows OS cd with you if it asks to verify that you are upgrading.
