Install WIN7 inside W10 w/ Hyper V

I know it can be done, but is it legal this way:

Take HP, Dell, Lenovo and upgrade the oem w7 to w10. Then install hyper v and install that exact OEM w7 and activate it using the OEM product key located on the computer.

In theory it is "the exact peice of equipment" it was sold and licensed to. Instead you are running it in virtual instead. It would not be the same as moving it to another piece of equipment.
 
and you cant move the license, its tied to the system (MB, etc) and in theory, its not actually running on that system board, its running on the 'virtual board'
