Install Vista From a USB Flash Drive

im trying to boot from my flash drive with my ga-m570sli-s4 rev 2.0 mobo but when i select the "USB-ZIP" drive to boot from in the boot selection screen it just says "please remove any media and press any key to restart" how do i fix this as i want to do a clean install with my flash drive. this is urgent so if someone could help me out that would be great.

Is your flash device all prepped to be bootable?

BTW - is something wrong with your DVD drive?

dont have one lol. thats why im trying to get this thing to boot from my flash drive. i just copied the files from the ultimate cd and put them all onto the flash drive. and how would i prep it to be bootable?
