Install Problem with WinXP 64

So I got WinXP 64 and I'm doing a clean install, and I keep getting two errors.

Windows could not load the installer for CDROM.
Windows could not load the installer for DiskDrive.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

System:
Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
CoolMax 450w 140mm PSU
Asus A8N-E (1005 BIOS)
2 x 512 mushkin PC3200
Maxtor 200 GB IDE (primary slave for some reason)
LiteOn CDRW (secondary master)
NEC DVD-R/RW (disconnected currently)
