Install order for Lucid Logix Intel 4000 with dedicated card

What is the proper order when installing the Lucid Logix for Intel 4000 with a dedicated card?

I currently only have the Intel 4000 drivers installed. I want to use the Lucid software. Do I uninstall the Intel 4000 drivers? Install Lucid before the nvidia drivers? Does it matter?
 
doesn't matter. Just note that the lucid software won't do anything without drivers installed.

I used it and I installed the MVP software first then drivers and restarted.
