install board

I need help installing a new A8N-E motherboard into my existing case. Should I install the cpu before or after I install the motherboard into the case? What is easier. I'm thinking after the board is in there as it make more sturdy when I clamp the heatsink down. Does this sound right?

I usually test everything out side of the case 1st (unless the Case has 1 slide in tray)...
From there I mount the Mobo with the HS/Fan and even RAM sometimes to the Case

Novice would want to test the system outside of the case. I normally add the CPU and RAM, then install the MB into the case. Final assembly of the CPU heatsink is done inside the case. If you're the clumsy type, then assemble the CPU heatsink outside of the case.
