Install AIM on Windows 2000 without Admin rights?

Or any other program for that matter... I was just wondering if it was possible to install into "My Documents" since Program Files is restricted at my work computer. Some program's setup allow me to change the path where the program will be installed, while others won't (AIM for example). I don't wanna have to bug desktop support about installing aim.. =P
