Linux generally runs off of a different file system than windows, so unless you have a second hard drive, i thin you are going to have to partition. You could partition, install linux, move all of your files to your linux partition from your windows one, and then wipe your windows partition. I am not too well educated on the subject though, maybe someone who knows more has better advice.

Good luck

The cd you have can partition your drives for you. But it doesn't sound like that's what you want to do. Since you aren't planning on using windows anymore, backup the files you want to keep, then do a fresh install of Lindows. If you can't backup your files, I'm sure there's a way to partition, transfer the files from your windows partition to your linux partition, then resize the linux partition to overtake the windows partition, or the whole hard drive.

I recommend investing in Partition Magic. I've been fooling around with Linux for a while and it's proved very helpful for running on machines with both windows and linux.

Rather than purchase Partition Magic, I would suggest purchasing a second hard drive and backing up your files to that. Or, you can back up your files to CD's DVD' s or some other media.

I think the Lindows install does not include advanced partitioning options (iirc). Your best bet would be a second drive/backup.
