I am having some slow pages and sometimes I can load a page lightning quick. I have uTorrent on and it downloads at 100kbs and I can perform large downloads at 1.5mbs, but I am having trouble browsing. At first I thought it was IE7 but i installed FireFox and i am having the same problem. Anybody know whats going on?
 
I decided to try something. I downloaded a 3.5 GB file at 798kbs than I tried browsing I would keep getting timeout errors. Help It's annoying!
