Inspiron 1150 question

Can the inspiron 1150 output to the samsung ltn154u1 display? This is the pannel that is used by dell on its 1920*1200 capable laptops (wuxga). Another question: is there any pcmcia/usb/firewire/ide/ whatever interface that will allow the laptop to effectively have a dvi input port? I dont care about physically fitting anything (the lcd is obviously not going to fit becaus its a 15.4" pannel in a 14" laptop) because the laptop will not be a 'laptop' when im done with it muhahahahahahha.
