Interested in 9100 Inspirion - P4 2.8/ 40 ultra ata/512 ddr 400/ Fsb800 / ati 9700 64mb / DVD-R 4x/ WSXGA + for $1600. Dell delayed the order and I bought another notebook. If interested email kkrastev@macalester.edu. Dell is going to ship it to me on Monday, and I can simply change the mailing address to yours.
 
Too bad - I ordered the same machine three days ago but with 60GB/7200 drive, 3 year warranty, bluetooth and wifi I am still only paying $1600 after rebate l

The 60Gb 7200rpm is a sweet drive, I upgraded my 600M to the 60Gb recently makes a big difference from the 4200rpm lose a bit of battery life but the speed is worth it.



 
yeah i wanna upgrade my own compaq to the 7200 rpm drive...this hard drive is killin' me in terms of speed...I have a gig of DDR in this baby but the HD keeps it slow.
