Bar soap, "Safeguard" was on sale at target. Would have gotten Irish Spring though.

Whatever is on the shelf, usually seperate shampoo before I relaize we don't have any seperate conditioner, then I use the 2-1 stuff since my hair gets awful if I don't condition. Like, tanglebush bad.

I would use one of those plastic mesh poofy things if we still had one.

These are my answers:

1. I do love soaking in the tub but I do it a few times a week to relax my bad shoulder and clear my head. Generally I take showers.

2. Hot water.

3. Right now I am trying some body scrubs to smooth away the rough bumps on the backs of my arms (Aveeno and Neutrogena) but when I use bar soap it's Irish Spring Aloe.

4. I'm currently using Redken Avocado shampoo and conditioner. I alternate with:
shampoos--Graham Webb, Thermasilk, Dove ; conditioners--Infusium, Citreshine.

5. Sponge and pouf.
