Insomnia

Can't fall asleep tonight 🙁 My eyelids aren't heavy but they have kind of a "stingy" feeling to them. I really wanna go to bed as I only got seven hours last night. But I'm sure I messed up my body's clock a little by going to bed the past two nights at 3:00AM. I wonder if there are any old home remedies I can try :roll:

I really wanna get some sleep. Gotta be at class at 10:00...
