insightbb telling me I am using all my bandwidth

insightbb cable is telling me that since I am having trouble with DNS, I am using all my bandwidth.

When I Run netstat -a from command prompt I have 23 TCP entries there. They say I should only have 8-9 and that is on the upper end of things.

Anyone else have more than that and still have good net access?

sounds like bs. you should be able to handle way more than 23 connections. p2p sharing regularly uses hundreds of connections

edit: even running no P2P i have 24 TCP entries there
